MLS is the database used by all Realtors to search for homes for the buyers
they are representing.
- Your home listed in Realtor.com.
- Your home listed in the web site operated by your local board of
Realtors. In Austin, it is AustinHomeSearch.com.
- Unlimited email consulting Services (Limited to listing
related topics)
- Free Buyer qualification. You will
not have a contract with a un-qualified buyer. This services is not in the
contract and does not available from most other discount Realtors.
With $495 Flat Fee Standard Services Plus to
the Services Above you get
- A lockbox so Realtors can easily and securely show your home.
This also makes it more convenient for you because you don't have to be
there to open the home. This is optional to the seller.
- An optional All Side Realty yard sign which includes this web
site address. If you choose, you may use your own phone number
on our sign.
- If you change your mind later and use our full
service, I will deduct your paid fees from commission at the time of
closing.
